AJ Jalieba, Chief Executive Officer, brings disciplined leadership and operational structure shaped by over 17 years of service as a Master Sergeant in the United States Army. His focus on accountability and professionalism ensures services are delivered safely, consistently, and with integrity.

Kay Jalieba, Chief Operating Officer and Care Director, brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, including work with dementia clients, older adults, and individuals requiring supportive transportation. She oversees daily operations and care standards, ensuring each client is treated with dignity, patience, and respect.

Together, Kay and her husband, AJ, created Pride & Dignity Services to build a trusted, community-centered organization focused on quality service and long-term impact.
