Transportation Services

Pride & Dignity Transportation Services provides non-emergency transportation for medical appointments, healthcare visits, and other scheduled transportation needs. Our services are not intended for emergency situations. If you require emergency medical assistance, please call 911.

Scheduling and Appointments

All rides must be scheduled in advance. While we strive to be punctual, travel conditions such as traffic, weather, or unforeseen delays may affect arrival times.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate pickup locations, destination details, and appointment times when scheduling services.

Rider Responsibility

Passengers must be ready at the scheduled pickup time. Excessive wait times may result in additional fees or cancellation of the ride.

Passengers are responsible for personal belongings during transport. Pride & Dignity Transportation Services is not responsible for lost or damaged items left in vehicles.

Safety

For the safety of all passengers and drivers:

Seatbelts must be worn at all times.

Drivers may refuse service if a passenger presents a safety concern.

No illegal substances or unsafe behavior will be permitted in vehicles.

Payment

Payment terms will be communicated prior to service. Certain services may require advance payment or authorization before transportation is provided.

Cancellations

Clients may cancel scheduled transportation at any time; however, cancellations made shortly before pickup may result in cancellation fees depending on scheduling commitments.

Limitation of Liability

Pride & Dignity Transportation Services will take all reasonable steps to provide safe and reliable transportation; however, we are not responsible for delays, missed appointments, or circumstances beyond our control such as traffic conditions, weather, or mechanical issues.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
